At Cocoba Chocolate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Return Process

    Email our team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Photographic Evidence

    Attach clear photos of any damaged packaging or defective chocolate products to help us process your claim quickly.

    Awaiting Authorization

    Wait for our team to review your request and provide a return authorization number and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
